The following are traffic cases which were heard in the Associate Division of the Circuit Court of Daviess County involving a plea of guilty without contest and payment of the standard fine plus court costs. The total fines assessed for defendants who reside outside of Missouri was $1,098. The total fines assessed for defendants who reside in Missouri was $987.50 for 14 cases. Failure to show proof of insurance: Eric Christianson, Rockaway Beach, $7.50.
Speeding and no seat belt: Isaac W. Unruh, St. Joseph, $72.50.
Displayed plates of another vehicle: Lucas Allen, Cameron, $82.50.
Following another vehicle too closely: Mindy Davis, St. Joseph, $107.50.
