Gallatin R-5 will begin with an additional 37 students for the 2003-2004 school year with an enrollment of 646 total students. Breakdown of students is: 12th – 54; 11th – 58; 10th – 44; 9th – 48; 8th -51; 7th – 61. In elementary there are 44 students in preschool: 6th – 51; 5th – 49; 4th – 47; 3rd – 51; 2nd – 38; 1st -52; kindergarten – 42.

North Daviess R-3 is down three students from last year’s enrollment with 122 total. At R-3 there are 55 students in kindergarten through sixth grade, and 57 students in the high school. Preschool has 10 students. Enrollment is: kindergarten – 9; 1st – 2; 2nd -11; 3rd – 10; 4th – 5; 5th – 13; 6th -5; 7th -15; 8th – 4; 9th -13; 10th – 5; 11th -13; 12th -7.
Pattonsburg R-2 has about the same number of students as last year with 101 students in the highschool; 88 in elementary; and eight in preschool. Enrollments is: kindergarten – 10; 1st -14; 2nd – 9; 3rd -6; 4th -13; 5th -17; 6th – 19; 7th – 20; 8th -15; 9th -17; 10th – 19; 11th – 20; 12th – 10.
Winston R-6 will start with one more student than last year. The school has 205 students in kindergarten through 12th grade with 84 in the high school and 121 in the elementary. There are 20 students in pre-school. Students are enrolled as: 12th – 12; 11th -12; 10th – 17; 9th – 14; 8th -16; 7th – 13. K-23; 1st – 21; 2nd – 14; 3rd – 15; 4th – 19; 5th – 15; 6th – 14.
