Notice of Trustee’s Sale

For default in the payment of debt and performance of an obligation secured by Deed of Trust executed by Curtis Pooler, a single person, dated July 31, 1998, recorded in Book 174, Page 118, in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds within and for Daviess County, Missouri, the undersigned Successor Trustee will on September 23, 2003, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., (and at the specific time of 2:00 p.m.) at the South door of the Courthouse in the City of Gallatin, County of Daviess, State of Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:

All of Lots 27, 28, 29 and 30 in Block 5, Original Town of Jameson, Missouri;

together with all buildings now or hereafter thereon, and all fixtures, heat and light apparatus, windows shades, door and window screens and awnings in or upon such buildings;

to satisfy said debt and costs.
