For default in the payment of debt and performance of obligations secured by a Consumer Deed of Trust, executed by Ben P. Mattis, a/k/a Benjamin P. Mattis, then a single person, dated December 27, 2001, recorded in Book 189 at Page 91, in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Daviess County, Missouri, the undersigned Trustee, will, on Wednesday, September 17, 2003, between the hours of 9:00 a.m., and 5:00 p.m. at the South front door of the Daviess County Courthouse in Gallatin, Daviess County, Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash, the real estate legally described in the Consumer Deed of Trust, located in Daviess County, Missouri, as follows:

The Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 59, of Range 28, except the following described tract: Beginning at the Northwest corner of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 59, of Range 28, running thence North 220 feet; thence East 660 feet; thence in a southeasterly direction 695.7 feet to a point that is 1320 feet from the point of beginning; thence West 1320 feet to point of beginning of said exception; the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 14, Township 59, of Range 28; and all of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of the East Twenty-two (22) acres of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 59, of Range 28; all subject to existing public roads and highways and easements of record, if any.
