For default in the payment of debt and performance of an obligation secured by Deed of Trust executed by David Arensberg and Roberta Arensberg, husband and wife, dated September 5, 1997, recorded in Book 170, Page 149, in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds within and for Daviess County, Missouri, the undersigned Successor Trustee will on September 9, 2003, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., (and at the specific time of 2:00 p.m.) at the South door of the Courthouse in the City of Gallatin, County of Daviess, State of Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:

A part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section Thirty-five (35), Township Sixty (60) North, or Range Twenty-six (26) West, described as commencing at the West Quarter Corner of said Section 35; thence South Zero Degrees 50 Minutes East 345.05 Feet to the Point of Beginning; thence South Zero Degrees 50 minutes East 345.00; thence East 755.00 Feet to the West Right of Way Line of Route 190; thence North 46 Degrees 57 Minutes Along Said Right of Way Line 721.40 Feet; thence South 57 Degrees 38 Minutes 47 Seconds West 275.63 Feet to the Point of Beginning.

together with all buildings now or hereafter thereon, and all fixtures, heat and light apparatus, window shades, door and window screens and awnings in or upon such buildings; to satisfy said debt and cost.
