Kathy Robertson, family and consumer sciences teacher at Gallatin R-5, was among approximately 3,000 vocational instructors from throughout Missouri who participated in the 34thannual Missouri ACTE/MoEFACS State Inservice Conference sponsored by the Missouri Association for Career and Technical Education (Missouri ACTE) and the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.

The conference, held July 22-24 in Springfield, focused on curriculum, technology and other important topics for vocational education programs. Participants had the opportunity to share ideas, review teaching materials and update their knowledge in specialized subject areas.
