Mary Merritt was given a surprise birthday party Saturday, June 7, for her 88th birthday. Guests were her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Russell & Tammy Mobley and family, Gallatin; Greg and Stephanie Lollar and family, Andrew and Tessa Lollar and family, Shanda Lollar, all of Altamont; and Dan & Lisa Jameson and family, Belview, Neb.
