Alice Marie Offield, 89, Madison, died Tuesday, May 27, 2003, at the Madison Manor.
Mrs. Offield, a homemaker, was born in Gallatin on Aug. 21, 1913. She was raised in the Gallatin area and graduated from Gallatin High School in 1932.
On April 26, 1936, she married Moree Offield. They moved to Blue Springs in 1947. They then made their home in Eureka in 1983. Mr. Offield died in 1996.
Mrs. Offield was also preceded in death by one grandchild, one great-grandchild, two brothers, and one sister.
Survivors include one daughter, Joan Hemingway of Eureka, Kan.; one sister, Nina Wright of Gallatin; two grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
