There were 36 traffic cases heard in the Associate Division of the Circuit Court of Daviess County involving a plea of guilty without contest and payment of the standard fine plus court costs. Fines were assessed for 20 out-of-state defendants. The total fines assessed for defendants who reside in Missouri was $1,230 for 16 cases.
