Funeral services for Linda Gayle Chittenden, sister of Steve Beck of Gallatin, will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday at the First Assembly of God Church in Ames, Iowa. Visitation will be Thursday, May 22, from 5-8 p.m. at Stevens Memorial Chapel in Ames. Burial will be at Story Memorial Gardens in Ames.

Linda Gayle Chittenden, 54, Ames, Iowa, died on May 18, 2003, in Ames, Iowa, from injures sustained in an automobile accident.

Mrs. Chittenden was born on July 2,1948, at Rock Island, Ill.

Mrs. Chittenden lived in Ames most of her life. She was a graduate of Ames High School. She was a member to the First Assembly of God Church in Ames.

On July 5, 1968, she married David Chittenden in Ames, Iowa.

She was preceded in death by her father, Howard Beck, and her maternal and paternal grandparents.

Survivors include two sons, David of Lake Ozark, and Dana of Bedford, Texas; one daughter, Amber Chittenden of Corinth, Texas; her parents, John and Velma Kennedy of Ames, Iowa; two other brothers, Randy Kennedy of Slater, Iowa, and Mike Kennedy of Boone, Iowa; one sister, Shelley Stevens of Ames, Iowa; and five grandchildren.
