The following students need to pay Jostens for their graduation orders: Mariah Gibson.
The Booster club is asking for recipes for their cookbook to be turned
in no later than May 15.
Summer school classes for the 7th and 8th grade students are scheduled
for June 3-5, June 9-12 and June 16-18 from 8am to 3pm. High school
English will be offered on these dates and time as well. High School
Science will be offered June 3-6, June 10-13, and June 16-20 from 8am to 3pm. Driver education will be offered June 4,5, June 9, 10, 11 from 8am to 3pm. Driving times will be arranged. Registration forms are available in the office.
Seniors: If you have received any scholarships or awards for which you
want to be recognized at graduation, see Mr. Batson immediately.
FBLA Awards Night will be Wednesday night, May 14th at 6:30 in the HS
library. Please bring your parents.
Attention all FBLA incoming and outgoing officers. There will be a
meeting on Monday, May 12th during 2nd seminar. Freshmen involved need to eat 1st lunch shift.
There will be an 8th grade class meeting during seminar today in Mrs.
Critten’s room.
Students are asked to make sure they get everything out of their
lockers by 3:30 today so Lock-In decorating can begin.
Play practice schedule for this week is as follows: Today: To be
announced, Tuesday: 8:00-10:00, Wednesday: To be announced, Thursday:
8:00-10:00 (Dress Rehearsal).
JH boys track meeting at 11:00 Tuesday, May 13 in Mrs. Critten’s room. Bring track uniforms to turn in and pick u GRC ribbons.
There will be a HS Stream Team meeting Tuesday, May 13th in Mr.
Steigerwalt’s room during 2nd seminar. You will be discussing
current/Jack’s Fork Float trip and recognized active members from this
year. Free prizes for those who attend.
Attention all classes and organizations: Please turn in Student Council Reps., Class Presidents, and Organizational representatives into Mrs. Critten ASAP.
There will be a Jr. FFA officer meeting Wednesday, the 14th during 1st
seminar and a Jr. FFA Chapter meeting Thursday the 15th during 1st
seminar. There is a sign-up sheet for all Jr. FFA members for the Royal games on Mr. Henderson’s door.
Students interested in nursing as a career are invited to a free
workshop on Friday, June 13, in Trenton. Mr. Batson has details.
Plan ahead for your locker checkout on Friday. Be sure all scotch tape is peeled off the inside and outside of your locker and have your
padlock ready to be verified on Friday morning. Check with the office
if you need your combination. Have unpaid bills paid, uniforms turned
in, as well as library and textbooks located.
Lunch Menu: Cheeseburger on Bun, Onion Rings, Mixed Veggies, Pears,
Bread, Milk and Salad Bar.
