The Area Governing Board of Green Hills Community Action Agency (GHCAA) will meet in regular session Tuesday, May 6, 2003, at 7:30 p.m. at the area office located at 1506 Oklahoma Avenue in Trenton. The Operations, Equal Opportunity and Finance Committees will meet at 7 p.m. prior to the regular board meeting.
Items on the agenda include a Community services Block Grant (CSBG) contract amendment, Emergency Shelter Grant proposal, Family Planning Program revised budget, Ameren UE Weatherization proposal, bids, Strategic Planning staff day agenda, Area Board meeting schedule and roster for 2003-04, Community Action Month information, transfer of Section 8 operating reserve and program monitoring issues.
