Celsie Dawn Baker is proud to announce the birth of her little sister, Caragan Dennett. Caragan was born at Liberty Hospital on March 13, 2003. She weighed 6 pounds, 14 ounces, and was 19 ½ inches long. Celsie and Caragan the daughters of Chris and Angela Baker of Jameson.
