Funeral services for Burt Moore were held Thursday at D.W. Newcomer’s Sons White Chapel in Gladstone. Graveside service and burial were at McFall Cemetery.
Burt Moore, 78, Kansas City, formerly of McFall, died Tuesday, April 8, 2003, at a North Kansas City hospital.
Mr. Moore was born Sept. 15, 1924, in Pikesville, Tenn. He had resided in McFall prior to moving to Kansas City.
A retired pipefitter, Mr. Moore had attended the Sheffield Family Life Center.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Beatrice, in 1990.
Survivors include four daughters, Linda Cox, Kansas City, Sue Erisman, Lee’s Summit, Judy Kincaid, Gladstone, and Gwen Britt, Platte City; one son, Burton Wayne Moore of the home; 13 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
