John Shultz, 19, and Brian J. Mahan, 23, both of Waterloo, Iowa, were charged April 4 with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, Class C felony. Shultz is being held at Midwest Security Housing on $50,000 bond. Mahan posted $50,000 bond.
