Jim and Bonnie Painter of Cameron announce the engagement of their son, Sonny Lynn Painter to Adrean Michell Bolt, daughter of Steve and Carol Bolt of Independence, Mo.
Sonny, a 1993 graduate of Gallatin High School, received a degree in mathematics from Northwest Missouri State University in 1998 and a degree in computer science from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2002. He is currently the Continuing Education Coordinator for the Center for Academic Development at UMKC and is working on his masters in mathematics education.
His fiancê graduated in 2000 with degrees in graphic design and studio painting from Graceland University. She is a graphic designer for Sprint, PCS, a freelance mural artist and ceramic potter.
