Funeral services for Bonnie Terhune Spears were held Monday at the Pilot Grove #1 Baptist Church, Jamesport. Burial was in Pilot Grove #1 Cemetery, Jamesport. Arrangements were by the Roberson Funeral Home, Gilman City. Memorial contributions may be made to the Pilot Grove #1 Cemetery for the purchase of a flagpole.

Bonnie L. (Terhune) Spears, 73, Jamesport, died Friday, March 14, 2003, at a Trenton nursing home.

Mrs. Spears, a homemaker, was born April 16, 1929, in Stafford County, Kan.

She was a member of the Pilot Grove #1 Baptist Church in Jamesport.

On Aug. 18, 1950, she married William H. (Bill) Terhune. He died on Jan. 16, 1991. On April 23, 1995, she married Delbert L. Spears. He survives of the home.

Mrs. Spears was also preceded in death by her parents.

Other survivors include two sons, Dale of Gilman City and Steven of Jamesport; four sisters, Betty Durham of Turon, Kan., Beulah Keeler of Hydro, Okla., Bernita Ray of Derby, Kan., and Beth Hornbaker of Waverly, Kan.; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
