All commissioners submitted the certificates of training as required.

Bills were audited and paid.

Jim Weldon, Harrison Township, met with the commission to report that he had removed brush near a recent county double culvert on Owl Creek. Barrie Bothwell met with the commission regarding that same project.

John Reed, Mercer County, met with the commission to complain about the accessibility around and inside the courthouse for the handicapped. The commission will contact the City of Gallatin for parking spaces. New sidewalks have been planned for this year.

The commission discussed the gravel, pipe and lumber bids for 2003, setting March 17 as the bid award date.

Bob Feigly, Lake Viking, met with the commission regarding the burn ban. He was urged to use extreme caution and to burn while there is snow cover.

David Holcomb discussed BRO and soft match funds with Bob Burnett, Missouri Department of Transportation.

The commission reviewed the plans for BRO (22).

These are the approved minutes of Feb. 10, 2003. All members were present.
