Michael L. Love, 17, Gallatin, was charged Feb. 9 for failure to appear on a Caldwell County warrant for endangering the welfare of a child, a felony. He posted $2,000 bond.

Jorge Belisario Ruiz, 25, Dodge City, Kan., was charged Feb. 9 with the misdemeanor of no valid license. He also had a felony warrant for probation violations in Clay County. He posted $10,000 bond on the felony warrant and $150 for the misdemeanor.

A 39-year-old Gary, Ind., man was charged Feb. 8 with no valid license, misdemeanor, and was taken to Midwest Security Housing. Bond was set at $150.

A 21-year-old Cedar Rapids, Iowa, man was charged Feb. 6 with misdemeanor possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. He posted $750 bond.

Three Arlington, Texas, men, ages 20, 22 and 24, were arrested Feb. 4 for the Class misdemeanor of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. They each posted $750 bond.

Eugene Hornsby of Liberty reported Feb. 4 that a burglary had occurred at a cabin on 123rdStreet, Pattonsburg, sometime between Jan. 8 and Feb. 3, 2003. Suspects gained entry through a back window. Items taken included a 4-wheeler, tools, two guns, ammunition, a TV and Play Station, and miscellaneous hunting and clothing items.
