Jan. 3 at 1:10 p.m. — auto accident, non injury at 111 S. Maple.

Jan. 3 — report of stealing from Gallatin city power plant building; occurred between Jan. 2-3. Incident involved a juvenile who, through his parole officer, was doing community service work at the building in connection with a previous crime.

Jan. 3 at 4 p.m. — miscellaneous investigation of a code violation at 812 W. Van Buren. Citation issued.

Jan. 9 at 9 a.m. — auto accident at 111 W. Berry. A large unoccupied truck rolled away and hit Bud’s Locker.

Jan. 10 at 6 p.m. — report on a domestic disturbance at 206 S. Daviess.

Jan. 13 at 5:45 p.m. — non-injury auto accident at Main and Van Buren.

Jan. 18 — stolen auto at 212 E. Berry; occurred between 1-8 a.m. Vehicle was recovered.

Jan. 20 — stolen auto at 205 N. Daviess; occurred between 2:30-3:06 a.m.

As reported last week, Joseph L. Loucks, 33, address not listed, was charged Jan. 20 with two counts of tampering, Class C felony, in connection with the theft of the above two vehicles in Gallatin. He is being held at Ray County Security Housing. Bond has been set at $35,000.

Loucks was also charged with Driving While Under the Influence of Alcohol, which is being handled at the state level also.

Jan. 22 at 8:13 a.m. — auto accident, non-injury at W. Grand and S. Olive. No citation at this time.

Jan. 26 at 9 p.m. — non-aggravated assault, domestic violence related at 701 S. Daviess. Arrest was made. Individual on 20 hour hold at Midwest Security Housing in Pattonsburg.
