Hogan, husband and wife, dated March 10, 2000, recorded March 13, 2000 in Book 181, Page 61, in the Office of Recorder of Deeds, Daviess County, Missouri at Gallatin, the undersigned Successor Trustee will on Friday, the 21st day of February, 2003 between the hours of 9 o’clock a.m. and 5 o’clock p.m., specifically at 2:00 p.m., at the South front door of the Daviess County Circuit Courthouse in Gallatin, Daviess County, Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash:
