For default in payment of debt and performance of obligation secured by Deed of Trust executed by Phillip L. Steele and Dorothy V. Steele, husband and wife dated March 27, 2000 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Daviess County, Missouri in Book 181, Page 110 the undersigned Successor Trustee, at the request of the legal holder of said Note will on Tuesday, February 25, 2003 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., (at the specific time of 4:00:00 p.m.), at the south front door of the Courthouse, City of Gallatin, County of Daviess , State of Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash the following described real estate, described in said Deed of Trust, and situated in Daviess County, State of Missouri, to wit:
All that part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section Fifteen (15), Township Fifty-nine (59), Range Twenty-seven (27) lying South and West of the public road; also, all that part of said Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter which lies North of said public road, South of Grand River and West of the present fence line running North and South through said tract, which fence line begins at said public road at approximately the point where said road turns to the West, and runs North to Grand River; all subject to the lands and rights as may have been acquired by the State of Missouri for highway purposes; and also all subject to other public roads and highways and easements of record, if any. This deed is being given in complete satisfaction of an unrecorded contract for deed between said parties.
Subject to restrictions, reservations, easements and covenants now of record.
