For default in payment of debt and performance of obligation secured by Deed of Trust executed by Charles A. Kopp and Penny Kopp, husband and wife dated March 31, 2000 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Daviess County, Missouri in Book 181, Page 120 the undersigned Trustee, at the request of the legal holder of said note will on Tuesday, January 7, 2003 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., (at the specific time of 2:30:00 PM), at the South Front Door of the Courthouse, City of Gallatin, County of Daviess, State of Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash the following described real estate, described in said Deed of Trust, and situated in Daviess County, State of Missouri, to wit:

Commencing at the Southwest Corner of Block 5, McDowell’s Addition to the City of Gallatin, Daviess County, Missouri, thence East 126.75 feet; thence North 30 feet; thence Northwesterly along an arc having a radius of 35 feet and a center point of 65 feet North and 126.75 feet East of the Southwest Corner of said Block 5 to the point where said arc intersects an East-West line 93.2 feet North of the South line of said Block 5, thence West to the West line of said Block 5, thence South to the Point of Beginning; all subject to existing public roads and streets and easements of record, if any.
