Christie Phillips, 33, Gallatin, was charged with conspiracy, Class C felony, on Nov. 26. The subject was arrested in Arkansas and waived extradition. She is being held at Midwest Security Housing on $35,000 bond.
Amy J. Buffington, 22, Cameron, was charged with two counts of Class C felony stealing on Nov. 21. According to the probable cause statement, Buffington, also known as Amy Williams, advertised merchandise on the internet, cashed checks from customers wishing to purchase the merchandise, and never provided the merchandise to the purchasers. She posted $35,000 bond.
Robert L. Wallace III, 25, Bethany, was charged Nov. 24 with the Class C felony of failure to return rented property. The property had been rented from Gallatin Appliance. He posted $15,000 bond.
A 37-year-old Dallas, Texas, man was charged Nov. 23 with the Class B misdemeanor of DWI. He posted $500 bond.
A 46-year-old Prairie Village, Kan., woman was charged with misdemeanor DWI. She posted $750 bond.
Jamie M. Riddle of Ridgeway reported Nov. 20 that the back window in her car was broken while parked at the Old Pattonsburg city park. She had left the car at the park while carpooling to work with another person.
A semi loaded with paper products caught on fire and burned on northbound I-35 on Nov. 24. Both the Highway Patrol and Sheriff’s Department responded to the call.
