Laureate Chapter of Beta Sigma Phi met Nov. 4th at the home of Betty Bird. President Sue Gillilan led the members in the opening ritual. Tickets have been received for the Paradise Playhouse. The Chapter received verification from International that the new Chapter By-Laws have been approved and accepted.
Ruth Frost, Lois Barton, and Linda Bridgeman reported on family members recovery’s from illness and surgery. After a review of Beta Sigma Phi an interesting program was given by Jay Johnson on his recent trip to Austrailia through the Rotarian exchange program. The next meeting will be Nov. 18th with Ruth Frost, hostess and Linda Bridgeman, program.
