Notice of Successor Trustee’s Sale

WHEREAS, Ronald Durham, by his deed of trust dated the 12th day of September, 1996, and recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of Daviess County, Missouri, in Book 166, Page 70, conveyed to the Daviess County Sheriff, Trustee, the following-described property situated in the County of Daviess, State of Missouri to-wit: All of Lot Six (6), in Block Eight (8), J.W. Alexander’s Addition to Gallatin, Missouri, which conveyance was made in trust to secure the payment of a certain promissory note in said deed of trust described; and

WHEREAS, Drew F. Davis was appointed and substituted as trustee under the above-referenced Deed of Trust by a substitution dated October 31, 2002, and recorded on November 5, 2002, in the office of the Daviess County Recorder of Deeds, in Book 303, Page 261.

WHEREAS, default was made and still continues in the payment of said note;

NOW THEREFORE, at the request of the legal holder of said note and in accordance with the provisions of said deed of trust, I, Drew Davis, Successor Trustee, will sell the property above described to the highest bidder for cash, at the South door of the Daviess County Courthouse, in the city of Gallatin, Daviess County, Missouri, on Friday, December 6, 2002, at 2:00 p.m., for the purpose of satisfying said indebtedness and the costs of executing this trust.
