Billie L. Asher, 30, Gallatin, was charged with the Class C felony of conspiracy on Nov. 10, in connection with the recent thefts of anhydrous ammonia in the area. She is being held at Ray County Security Housing on $35,000 bond.
Caleb R. Ingraham, 22, Trenton, was charged Nov. 12 with leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident, Class D felony; driving while revoked, Class A misdemeanor; and DWI, Class B misdemeanor. The accident occurred Nov. 11 near the intersection of 242nd Street and Quartz Avenue. He is being held at Midwest Security Housing, with bond set at $10,850.
A 26-year-old Gallatin man was charged with misdemeanor DWI on Nov. 10. He was processed and released to a family friend.
A 46-year-old Jameson man was charged with misdemeanor DWI on Nov. 9. He was processed and released to a family member.
A 46-year-old Eagleville woman was charged with misdeanor DWI on Nov. 7. She posted $750 bond.
A 43-year-old Coffey man was arrested for misdemeanor DWI on Nov. 9. He was processed and released to a family member.
Jimmie G. McBrayer of Jamesport reported on Nov. 4 that his car had been scratched on the sides and top sometime between Nov. 2 and Nov. 3 while it was parked in his driveway.
