James Lewis, bridge foreman, met with the commission regarding routine tube replacements and bridge repairs. David Holcomb moved that James Lewis be promoted to the supervisor position and Don Ohldberg be named foreman.
Notice was received of the resignation of Eugene Kime, Jackson Township trustee. The township board has not yet made a recommendation for a replacement.
The bridge replacement program was discussed. David Holcomb moved to add bridge number 4550007 in Union Township to the BRO program. Danny Heldenbrand seconded. Harrington and Cortelyou, Inc., was contacted to proceed with the planning.
The petition for the vacation of a road in Harrison Township was read for the second time.
A representative from the Williams Pipeline Co. met with the commission to discuss their lines in the county and deliver a current map.
