Loretta Ethel Hulett, 64, died Oct. 15, 2002, at her home in Tumwater, Wash. In lieu of flowers,the family suggests remembrances be made to the Virginia Mason Medical Oncology Research, Mail Stop DI-MF, P.O. Box 1930, Seattle, Wash., 98111.

Mrs. Hulett was born April 17, 1938, in Wood, S.D., to Fred and Ethel Hall Trautman.

One of 13 children, Mrs. Hulett moved from South Dakota to Montesano, Wash., when she was six. She moved to Olympia when she was 18 and graduated from Olympia High School.

Mrs. Hulett worked for Pacific Northwest Bell in Olympia and Tacoma for 35 years until her retirement in 1991.

She was active in the Telephone Pioneers of America and Olympia’s T.A.G. organization.

She was preceded in death by her former husband, Glenn, and their daughter, Heidi Anne Hulett.

Survivors include two children, Randy A. Hulett, Issaquah, Wash., and Janine Hulett Stamper, El Dorado Hills, Calif.; eight brothers and sisters, Mildred Harrison, Grace Burke, Betty McDougall, Nora Calhoun, Luella Lindley, Orval, Fred and Kenneth Trautman; and five

grandchildren. Mrs. Hulett was a sister-in-law of Chester F. Kenneth E. and Eugene R. Hulett.
