Funeral services for V. Elizabeth Neel, sister of Alvin Dale Frazier of Pattonsburg, were held at Saturday, at the Bram Funeral Home in Maysville, with burial in the Mount Pleasant Cemetery, east of Maysville.
V. Elizabeth “Liz” Neel, 72, died Wednesday, Oct. 23, 2002, at the Cameron Regional Medical Center.
Mrs. Neel was born May 25, 1930, to Robert Henry and Mary Sylvia (Ramey) Frazier at McFall, Gentry County.
Mrs. Neel was a homemaker and had lived on the farm near Maysville since 1955.
On May 11, 1951, she married Asa Grayson Nell at Mountain Home, Ark. He survives.
She was preceded in death by her mother, in 1948; and her father, in 1977.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by three sons, Roger A. Neel, Weatherby; Robert G. Neel, Wayne, Neb.; and Harold E. Neel, Troy; one daughter, Anita M. Martens, Preston; two other brothers, Robert Junior Frazier, Citrus Heights, Calif.; Arnold Lee Frazier, Raleigh, N.C.; one sister, Ardis Ann Oliveria, Santa Maria, Calif.; 12 grandchildren; and four great- grandchildren.
