Lend a Helping Hand was the theme of Brittany Rutherford’s Silver Award Project for Girl Scouts. Brittany, the daughter of Susan and Darian Rutherford, collected over 100 cans for Green Hills Community Action Agency. Silver Award is the highest award a Girl Scout can get as a Cadette. She ran a contest at the elementary school and had collection boxes at Lynchs and Pamida.
