A 38-year-old Wichita, Kan., man was charged Oct. 5 with no valid license/possession drug paraphernalia/possession marijuana, misdemeanor. He posted $825 bond.
A 25-year-old Goldsboro, N.C., man was charged Oct. 5 with unlawful taking of wildlife, misdemeanor. He posted $75 bond. A passenger in the vehicle was wanted out of Platte County.
Tammy L. Guffey, 26, Pattonsburg was charged Oct. 2 with child endangerment, Class C felony, first degree. She is being held at Midwest Security Housing on $25,000 bond.
A 43-year-old Trenton woman was charged with passing bad checks, misdemeanor. She is being held on Newton County warrant for the above offense and is awaiting transfer. Bond was set at $132.50.
Donna Warford of Haley Brooke’s Crafts & ‘Tiques of Altamont reported Oct. 3 that $527 worth of items, including two cream cans, two bird houses, one sunflower garland, and miscellaneous tin panels had been stolen after she left the business on Oct. 2. She also reported missing a wooden wheel barrel valued at $39.95, dishes of unknown value, and a bird cage valued at $10. Entry wasn’t gained to the business.
