Survivors include his wife, Donna; one son, Kenneth W. Stevens III, Kansas City; his mother, Donna Lyons, Cameron; his father, Kenneth Stevens Sr., New Bloomfield; three brothers; three sisters; two stepchildren; and a grandmother.
