For default in the payment of debt secured by Deed of Trust executed by Todd Peterson, and Paula Durrossett, now known as Paula Peterson, dated February 25, 1999, and recorded on March 16, 1999 in Book 177 at Page 56, in the Office of Recorder of Deeds for Daviess County, Missouri, at Gallatin, the undersigned Trustee will on October 25, 2002, at 12:00 o’clock noon at the south door of the Daviess County Courthouse, at Gallatin, Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash for the holder thereof:

The Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section Thirty-three (33) in Township Sixty- one (61), of Range Twenty-seven (27), Daviess County, Missouri. Subject to public highways, pole-lines and easements of record, if any.
