A 22-year-old Jamesport woman was charged with peace disturbance on Sept. 22 after the sheriff’s office was called to a residence in Jamesport. The subject was processed and released.

A 28-year-old Gallatin man was charged with DWI on Sept. 21, processed and released to his parents.

A 70-year-old Pattonsburg man was arrested Sept. 20 for misdemeanor DWI and driving while revoked. He posted $2,000 bond.

A 43-year-old Gallatin man was charged with misdemeanor DWI on Sept. 21, processed and released to his parents.

A 38-year-old Jamesport man was charged with misdemeanor peace disturbance on Sept. 22 and taken to Midwest Security Housing for a 20-hour hold.

A 24-year-old Jamesport woman was charged with misdemeanor peace disturbance on Sept. 22 and taken to Midwest Security Housing for a 20-hour hold.

Jesse Harding, 19, Winston, was charged Sept. 21 with probation violations after the sheriff’s department responded to a disturbance in Winston. The subject was found to have 2 felony warrants from Grundy County, 1st degree assault and 1st degree burglary. He was transferred to Grundy County.

A 34-year-old Jameson woman was charged with the Class A misdemeanors of DWI and driving while revoked. Bond was denied as previous bond conditions required no alcohol and no driving.

A 23-year-old Kansas City man was charged with misdemeanor DWI, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. He posted $1,250 bond.

Danny J. Nalle of Pattonsburg reported Sept. 14 that his residence had been damaged while he and his family were gone. Subject(s) attempted to enter the residence, and some items which were outside had been moved. Nothing was taken, but the windows in two doors were broken. It appears that the subject(s) fled for an unknown reason.

Steve P. Olson of Winston reported Sept. 17 that two containers containing approximately $120 in coin had been taken from his bedroom while he was at work. Entry was gained by the garage door, which had been locked but was pushed open.

Winston School Supt. Wendell Burns reported a burglary at the school on Sept. 11. An employee discovered a cafeteria window open upon arriving at the school at 7 a.m., and money from a pencil machine had been taken. The nurse’s room had also been ransacked but nothing was found missing, and an old school bus parked on the north side of the elementary school had six windows broken.
