TRUSTEE’S SALE
For default in the payment of debt and performance of obligation described in and secured by Deed of Trust executed by Glen Dale Eads and Betty Jo Eads, husband and wife as joint tenants, dated 18th day of May, 2001, and recorded in Book 186, Page 85 in the office of the Recorder of Deeds for County of Daviess, Missouri, the undersigned Successor Trustee, at the request of the legal holder of the debt, who has elected to declare the entire debt due and payable, will on Wednesday, October 16, 2002, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (2:00 p.m.) at the South Front Door of the Daviess County Courthouse, City of Gallatin, County of Daviess, State of Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash, the realty described in said deed of trust, to wit:
All of Lots 11 and 12 in Dehart’s Subdivision of Out Lot 8 in the City of Gallatin, Daviess County, Missouri, according to the recorded plat thereof. Commonly known as 501 S. Water Street.
Subject to easements, restrictions, reservations, and covenants, if any, to satisfy said debt and cost.
