No identification has been made on the human remains which were found north of Gallatin on Aug. 19. Lori Paulno, 39, Coffey, was charged August 20 with abandonment of a corpse, a Class D felony, after the discovery. Bond was denied, and she is being held at Ray County Security Housing. The investigation is continuing.
A 20-year-old Jamesport man was charged with DWI, Class A misdemeanor, on Aug. 31 and posted $750 bond.
A 24-year-old Clive, Iowa, man was charged with the Class A misdemeanors of DWI and driving without a valid license on Aug. 31. He is being held at Midwest Security Housing. Bond was set at $650.
A 39-year-old Gallatin man was charged with DWI, Class A misdemeanor, on Sept. 1. He was processed and released to a friend.
A 32-year-old Excelsior Springs man was charged with DWI, speeding 100 mph in a 70 mph zone, and driving while suspended, Class A misdemeanors, on Sept. 2. He posted $1,200 bond.
A 20-year-old Madison, Wis., woman was charged Aug. 27 with driving without a valid license, a misdemeanor. She posted $150 bond.
A 39-year-old Des Moines man was charged Aug. 28 with DWI, driving while suspended, and speeding, all misdemeanors. He posted $650 bond.
