Samuel Justus, 39, Lock Springs was charged with child molestation 1st degree, Class B felony, on Aug. 19. He is being held at Midwest Security Housing in Pattonsburg on $65,000 bond.
Donald Clark, 46, Kidder, was charged Aug. 18 with felony DWI, driving while revoked, and parole violation. No bond was set.
Shaun Trude, 27, Belton, was charged with the Class C felony of possession of a controlled substance. He posted $5,000 bond.
Shauna C. Hale, 28, address unknown, was charged with the Class D felony of passing bad checks on Aug. 15. She being held in Clay County on their charges and will be extradited to Daviess County upon release. Bond was set at $2,500.
A 30-year-old Cameron man was charged Aug. 17 with the Class A misdemeanor of violation of order of protection. He posted $500 bond.
A 19-year-old Illinois man was charged with the Class B misdemeanor of speeding 102 mph in a 70 mph zone on Aug. 16. He posted $350 bond.
A 22-year-old Gilman City man was charged Aug. 15 with a misdemeanor, failure to appear on a charge of supplying beer to a minor. He is being held at Midwest Security Housing in Pattonsburg on $500 bond.
A 45-year-old Wisconsin woman was charged with failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana/drug paraphernalia. She posted $750 bond.
A 46-year-old Chillicothe man was charged with three Class A misdemeanors, resisting arrest, assault of law enforcement officer, and stalking, on Aug. 13. He posted $2,000 bond.
