Funeral services for Marjorie D. Thomas will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday at the Roberson Funeral Home in Pattonsburg. Burial will be in Pattonsburg Memorial Gardens Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home where friends may call after 2 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the donor’s choice.

Marjorie D. Thomas, 63, Odessa, died Sunday, Aug. 4, 2002, at a Blue Springs hospital.

Mrs. Thomas was born March 23, 1939, in McFall. She was a graduate of Pattonsburg High School.

Mrs. Thomas had worked for Western Electric in Lee’s Summit, retiring after 35 years.

She was a member of the Long Branch Church in Odessa.

She was married to Wendel Boyd Henley in 1958. On Feb. 17, 1975, she married Robert L. Thomas, Sr. in Miami, Okla. He survives of the home.

Other survivors include one daughter, Stacy Eichman of Kansas City; one son, Robert L. Jr. of Lincoln; one sister, Reva Lupfer of McFall; one brother, Jim Shreckengaust of Vacaville, Calif; and one granddaughter.
