Funeral services for H. Paul Lee were held Tuesday at McWilliams Family Funeral Home in Jamesport. Burial was at Clear Creek Cemetery, near Lock Springs. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to the cemetery.

H. Paul Lee, 85, Wellington, formerly of Jamesport, died Friday, Aug. 2, 2002, at the Liberty hospital.

Mr. Lee was born on March 22, 1917, in Lock Springs.

He was employed by Trenton Foods for 20 years, retiring in 1980.

Mr. Lee married Othiel Kimberling in 1934 in Gallatin. They lived and farmed near Jamesport for many years. She died in November 1989. He married Laura “Hess” Calton in 1998 in Wellington, where they lived. She survives of the home.

Mr. Lee was a member of the Wellington Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by a son, David, in 1943; and two brothers, Frank and Ross.

Other survivors include two sons, Roger of Chillicothe and Olin of Liberty; four daughters, Fern Singleton of Warsaw, Flora Lee, Judy Lee and Delores Johnson, all of Chillicothe; one brother, Jim of Walker, Iowa; two sisters, Leona Bayer of Roselle, Ill., and Edith Lee of Florida; 18 grandchildren; 42 great-grandchildren; 11 great-great-grandchildren; 12 step children; and 40 step grandchildren.
