There were 38 traffic cases heard in the Associate Division of the Circuit Court of Daviess County involving a plea of guilty without contest and payment of the standard fine plus court costs. The total fines assessed for defendants who reside outside of Missouri was $1,525 for 25 cases. The total fines assessed for defendants who reside in Missouri was $1,070 for 13 cases.
