Funeral services for Vera Dominique were held July 28 at the Hamilton United Methodist Church, Hamilton. Burial was in the Highland Cemetery, Hamilton. Arrangements were by Bram Funeral Home, Hamilton. Memorials may be made to the Hamilton United Methodist Church.
Vera A. Dominique, 95, Hamilton, died Friday, July 26, 2002, at a St. Joseph hospital.
Born June 13, 1907, in Daviess County, Mrs. Dominique was a graduate of Hamilton High School in 1925. She lived most of her life in Daviess and Caldwell counties.
Mrs. Dominique, a homemaker, was a member of the Westley Chapel Methodist Church, where she served as superintendent, Sunday school teacher, and president of the Ladies Aid.
She was preceded in death by two husbands, Vollie Loran Allen and Eugene M. Dominique; two brothers, Ray and Leo; one sister, Faye; and one great-grandson, Duane Bolling.
Survivors include one son, Loran Allen, Hamilton; two grandchildren; and two great- grandchildren.
