Secretary Blunt said the grant will allow the school district to enhance the preservation of records, as well as increase efficiency of records management.
“The records that are available through local governments provide the basis for research ranging from local government to family histories. Schools, cities, and individuals can obtain reliable
information from local records if they are preserved and organized correctly,” Blunt said. “I commend the Gallatin R-5 School District for taking the steps necessary to obtain this grant to aid in their records preservation.”
