Notice of Trustee Sale

Default having been made in the payment of the promissory note described in and secured by the Deed of Trust dated the 15th day of September, 1999, and executed by L. Roy Hazzard and Karel Hazzard, husband and wife, recorded in Book 179, Page 85, Office of Recorder of Deeds, Daviess County, Missouri, and conveying to the then Trustee, the following described property situated in Daviess County, State of Missouri, to wit:

All of the South 15 feet of Lot 7 and all of Lot 8 of Cass Subdivision of Block 40 of Zachariah Brown’s Second Addition to the City of Jamesport, Missouri

All in Daviess County, Missouri

NOW THEREFORE, at the request of the legal holder of the said note and in accordance with the provisions of the said Deed of Trust the undersigned substitute Trustee will on: August 14, 2002 at 2:00 o’clock p.m., between the hours of 9:00 o’clock a.m. and 5:00 o’clock p.m., sell said property at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash at the south front door of the Daviess County Court House in the City of Gallatin, Daviess County Missouri, to satisfy said note and costs.
