County commissioners from throughout the region will congregate at Lake Viking on July 18 when Daviess County hosts a Northwest Missouri Commissioners meeting. The meeting begins at 9 a.m. in the clubhouse with a tour at Landmark Manufacturing Corporation included in the day’s agenda.

Those indicating an intent to participate include Dick Burk, executive director, and Ivan Schodeor, attorney, from the Missouri Association of Counties. Also attending will be Phil Tate of the Missouri Department of Economic Development, State Sen. David Klindt and State Rep. Jim Whorton.

Serving as hosts are Daviess County Commissioners David Tolen, Danny Heldenbrand and David Holcomb.
