Funeral services for Jean Hull will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, July 7 at the McWilliams Family Funeral Home. Visitation is from 6-8 p.m. on Saturday. Friends may visit after 11 a.m. Saturday. Burial will be at Sharon Cemetery, near Mt. Moriah. Memorial may be made to the Altamont United Methodist Church.
Jean A. Hull, 65, Altamont, died Wednesday, July 3, at Kansas City Hospital.
Mrs. Hull was born on Nov. 29, 1936, in rural Grundy County. She graduated in 1954 from Trenton High School.
Mrs. Hull worked for the Social Security Administration in Kansas City as a claims authorizer for 22 years, retiring in 1987. After retiring she worked at Bridgeman’s station for nine years as an attendant and bookkeeper.
Mrs. Hull was a member of the Altamont United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Gail Southers; and a nephew, Dan Southers.
Survivors include two daughters, Sherry Bridgeman, Altamont, and Barbara Youtsey, Trenton; one son, David Hull, Albuquerque, N.M.; 10 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
