For default in the payment of debt and performance of an obligation secured by Deed of Trust executed by Deanna Jean Brady, single, dated December 18, 1998, recorded in Book 176, Page 69, in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds within and for Daviess County, Missouri, the undersigned Successor Trustee will on July 29, 2002, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., (and at the specific time of 2:00 p.m.) at the South door of the Courthouse in the City of Gallatin, County of Daviess, State of Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:

All of the West 46 ½ feet of lot three (3), and the East 26 ½ feet of lot two (2), in Block “R”, of William E. Wirt’s second addition to the City of Gallatin; subject to existing public roads and highways and easement of record, if any;

to satisfy said debt and cost.
