Daniel Lynn, bridge supervisor, and James Lewis, foreman, met with the commission reporting progress on the construction project in Sheridan Township.
The commission reviewed the bridge records of state inspected bridges.
Tom Skinner, Missouri Department of Transportation, met with the commission with the construction and improvement schedule for the next fiscal year. Projects include Highway 6 between Gallatin and Jamesport and bridge replacements on State Route B west of Coffey. The commission will review the draft agreements and make suggestions at the June 26 meeting.
Betty Harmison, assessor, met with the commission reporting that she will have on-site computer training for her staff. She also discussed procedures for the Board of Equalization.
Raymond Yoder, Jamesport, met with the commission discussing problems near his residence. He was referred to the State Highway Department and the Special Road District.
