In John Hightree and Kelly Hightree vs. George Zornes etal, the court quiets title on real estate in Jameson with title to the land vested with the Hightrees.
In State of Missouri vs. Deborah K. Martin, the defendant plead guilty to passing bad checks, Class D felony. On a plea agreement, she was sentenced to 10 years in the Department of Corrections, execution of sentence suspended, and placed on 5 years probation under the supervision of the Missouri Department of Probation and Parole. A special condition of probation is to have no checking account.
Franklin A. Holcomb entered guilty pleas to 4 counts of burglary 2nd degree, Class C felonies, and 4 counts of stealing, Class A misdemeanors. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered.
Michael N. Hullinger entered a guilty plea to the Class B felony of robbery, 2nd degree. A pre- sentence investigation was ordered.
William J. Kennedy entered a guilty plea to the Class D felony of property damage, 1st degree. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered.
In State vs. Joseph A. Hatfield, the defendant’s probation was revoked on an original charge of stealing, Class C felony, after he admitted probation violations. He was sentenced to three years in the Department of Corrections. The court retains jurisdiction under RSMo 559.115 and recommends shock incarceration.
Louis L. Mann admitted probation violations on an original charge of possession of a controlled substance, Class C felony, and was sentenced to 3 years in the Department of Corrections.
Samuel J. Whiteaker entered a guilty plea to the Class B felony of robbery, 2nd degree, and a pre- sentence investigation was ordered.
In State of Missouri vs. Bethani Goodman, the defendant admitted probation violations on an original charge of possession of a controlled substance, Class C felony. Probation was revoked, and she was sentenced to 5 years in the Department of Corrections. The court retains jurisdiction under 559.115 RSMo and recommends institutional treatment.
Randy Lee Stufflebean, Jr., entered a guilty plea to Class D felony non-support. Based on a plea agreement, the imposition of sentence was suspended, and he was placed on 5 years probation under the supervision of the Department of Probation and Parole. One special condition of his probation is to pay child support.
Deiara Fisher plead guilty to an amended charge of stealing without consent, Class A misdemeanor. She received a suspended imposition of sentence, and 2 years probation supervised by the Department of Probation and Parole. She also will serve 90 days in the county jail as a special condition of probation.
In State of Missouri vs. William T. Armstrong, after the pre-sentence investigation was filed, the defendant was sentenced to 5 years in the Department of Corrections. The court retains jurisdiction under 559.115 RSMo. and recommends institutional treatment. The defendant will report Aug. 1, 2002 for commitment.
In State vs. Hector Cortez, the pre-sentence investigation was filed. The defendant was given a suspended imposition of sentence and placed on 5 years probation, with 60 days shock incarceration as a condition of probation.
Christopher Scott Gray entered a guilty plea to Class D felony non-support. Imposition of sentence was suspended, and he was placed on 5 years probation under the supervision of the Department of Probation and Parole. Paying child support is a special condition of probation.
Brandon Foose was sentenced to 5 years in the Department of Corrections for the Class D felony of property damage 1st degree.
Nicholas D. McCleary was resentenced (at the request of the defendant) with the recommendation that he be placed in a long-term treatment program. The sentence remained at 5 years on each of two counts: burglary 2nd degree, Class C felony, and stealing, Class C felony.
