A Court en Banc of the 43rd Judicial Circuit of Missouri will convene at 9 a.m. June 18 in the Circuit Courtroom of the Livingston County Courthouse in Chillicothe.
This is a public meeting with Judge Lame leading discussion on search warrants and public records and Judge Adkins on bonds, elected officials and out of jurisdiction issues. Also discussed will be drug court funding proposals and felony pleas in associate circuit court. Other topics may also be discussed.
Daviess County is included in the 43rd Circuit, along with Caldwell, Clinton, DeKalb and Livingston counties.
